*Additional time (not included) spent may include answering Notices from the Court, preparing Amendments due to missing or changed information and additional pleadings and/or attendance for miscellaneous hearings.

Here is an example:
Attorney John Doe currently spends a minimum of 8 (eight) hours on every Chapter 7 client. If the Attorney is paid $1,000.00 for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy and he invests a minimum of 8 (eight) hours of his time; he is earning approximately $125.00 per hour (before overhead expenses.) By outsourcing his bankruptcy petition work to an experienced bankruptcy forms processing service, his time is reduced to only 2 (two) hours. Now Attorney John Doe has increased his income to $1,000.00 per hour before overhead expenses. Outsourcing the preparation of all the bankruptcy petitions to Virtual Bankruptcy Services and having them electronically filed incurs a nominal fee of $350.00 per petition (other types of bankruptcies incur different charges) which leaves Attorney John Doe with a profit of $650.00 for two hours worth of work (that's $325.00 per hour earned instead of $125.00 per hour.)

Why you should hire a Virtual Assistant?
Hiring a Virtual Assistant is similar to hiring a paralegal, secretary or temporary employee.  Virtual Bankruptcy Services eliminates all of your bankruptcy petition and document processing preparation.  We do the work that’s necessary to keep your office running smoothly and extremely productive, allowing you, the attorney more time to complete more important tasks.  This drastically reduces your client intake interview time as we provide you with all the necessary tools to make this happen.
Its real easy, just download our free comprehensive Client Intake Pages and the petition practically completes itself in no time.
While a strong commitment is required from the attorney to carefully review all documents processed by our office, the attorney sees first hand, problems and issues prior to the petition being prepared or documents being electronically filed.  Many employees these days are using personal laptop computers and remote access software to complete their work in the comforts of their own home, take advantage of this unique experience.

Can this be considered "sharing fees"?
No, our main goal is to provide you, the attorney and your law firm with a valuable service, which most small law firms may have trouble affording.  Paying for theses services is like paying for your very own ‘personal paralegal’, one who completes your tedious work that you may not have time to complete.  Providing these services to your law firm is not considered “sharing fees”, you are simply outsourcing your work (virtually) to an employee working from the privacy of their own home. It is the attorney's responsibility to pay for the services rendered, just as he/she would pay their own in-house staff of paralegals, secretaries and temporary employees.

**Virtual Bankruptcy Services name and information will NOT appear anywhere on the petition.  When making direct client contact we will use the attorney’s information as to the purpose of the phone call.  All petitions and document processing will contain the complete attorney’s name, firm and bar number.  All information will be held in the strictest of confidence**
