**Bankruptcy petition preparing and Document processing services are provided strictly to attorneys and their law firms, not directly to the consumer or debtor**
Overworked, Tired of the new Bankruptcy Rules, Stressed Out, Unable to afford your own 'paralegal'
Does this sound like You?
Let us help You! Read on to see what we can do for You!
Instructions for Bankruptcy Petition Preparation |
- Download our comprehensive Client Intake Pages providing a bird’s eye view of your client's finances and credit history. Remove the Attorney Cover page before distributing to your clients. This page should be retained by you until the client has completely filled out the Client Intake Pages.
- Inform your clients to fill out the Client Intake Pages providing complete, detailed and honest answers. There should be no question marks (?) for answers. All questions answered "yes" on the Statement of Affairs should have a detailed answer accompanying the question.
- After returning the questionnaire, collect all necessary documentation (pay stubs, tax information, etc.) from the client and submit the entire package to our office by e-mail, mail or facsimile. Be sure to attach the Attorney Cover page at this time and provide any important details that our office will need to know. The questionnaire should consist of 32 pages. This includes the Attorney fax cover sheet. Be sure to send the Business Addendum if necessary, should consist of 8 pages.
- Our office will contact you with any of potential problem areas, if necessary. If the client is unable to be contacted directly, we will fax or e-mail a list of questions to be answered and a request for additional documentation (if necessary) before preparation of any documents. If the client can be contacted directly, our office will establish a personal client follow-up by telephone to obtain missing information and finalize the petition.
- Once the additional information is received, a preliminary bankruptcy petition will be prepared and submitted to the attorney for review and corrections before final submission.
- Once the final instruction is received and changes are made, the file is then converted to PDF format and sent to the attorney by e-mail for electronic filing. Our office will electronically file your document, if requested, for no additional charge.
Take a Test Drive
Have you ever wanted to “test drive” a vehicle, one that is practical to drive or even one that is not and just fun to drive. I have a favorite place in Orlando, Florida to do just that, do you have a favorite place to “test drive”? I like the feel and smell of a new car, do you take the time to notice how smooth the car rides, how economical the gas mileage may be or know what to look for under the hood?
I do, I want you to think of that “test drive” and use the same principal when deciding to use my services. I provide the professional legal/non-legal services to attorneys that usually have an overload of work or who do not have the ability to hire a full-time Paralegal or assistant.
So, how does this actually work? Assistance is provided on a contract basis, short-term, when you need it and only when you have work to do. Another option is working on a retainer basis, long-term, which allows for me to give you a deep discount (standard/volume) off my regular rates. I work from my home office, fully equipped with updated software and hardware and submit work to your home or work office via e-mail, instant messaging, fax and/or remote assistance.
I encourage you to take VBS, LLC for a “test drive”. No strings attached.
